We are looking for a skilled Senior HR & Recruitment Leader to oversee HR operations for a major international event in Japan. Based in Nagoya, this role involves leading a team and providing strategic HR guidance. Your work will be key to the event's success, allowing you to shape HR strategies and be a crucial part of a fast-paced project.

Key Responsibilities :

Create and carry out a recruitment plan to meet staffing needs for the event.
Manage quick hiring and onboarding to smoothly integrate a large workforce.
Plan workforce changes to match event timelines.
Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws during staff transitions after the event.
Develop HR policies to improve efficiency and ensure legal compliance.
Provide strategic HR leadership, aligning with company goals in Japan.
Act as a bridge between global and local teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Build and lead a strong HR team to support recruitment and administrative tasks.

Qualifications :

Extensive experience in HR management, especially in large international projects.

Proven ability to lead diverse teams across various HR functions.

Expertise in strategic HR operations like talent acquisition and employee management.

In-depth knowledge of Japanese labor laws.

Fluency in Japanese and English.

Strong communication skills to work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Proactive and adaptable, able to perform well under pressure and in fast-paced settings.
