Your missions

Lead IT initiatives for retail operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Manage and oversee server and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Coordinate IT project lifecycles from planning to delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define IT requirements and propose solutions.

Provide technical expertise in retail-specific IT systems and environments.

Ensure IT service continuity and liaise with vendors and internal teams.

Support the implementation of IT policies, compliance, and security measures.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members when required.

Your profile

Experience with retail IT environments and operations.

Knowledge and experience with server and network administration.

Experience with IT project management and delivery.

Academic background : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

Fluent Japanese and English.

Minimum 4 years of experience in IT-related roles.

Management experience is a plus.

You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
