To respond to the increase in global develpment products and maintain and improve the technology level as a top pharmaceutical company

Description of Work :

Evaluation of physicochemical properties of middle and small molecule drugs and establishment of formulation technology (development of oral formulations of poorly soluble compounds in particular)

Establishment of formulation / manufacturing research approach

Understanding of unit operations and establishment of optimal formulation considering manufacturing method 応募資格／Qualifications 求める経験：

Desired Experience :

Experience in oral formulation research of small and middle molecules

Desired Skills :

Knowledge of regulations and guidelines in Japan and overseas

A person who can promote work by communicating in English

Desired Competencies :

Proceed jobs with leadership while involving other members

Develop and introduce new technologies with flexible thinking and challenging spirit

Desired Qualification：

Master’s degree+ or equivalent (medicine, pharmacology, science, engineering)
