ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, CUSTOM DIVISION, FABRICS BUSINESS UNIT
The Account Executive collaborates with the Vice President Fabrics Business Japan and Korea for commercial strategies and provides the Collection Design & Development Function with commercial inputs for seasonal collection’s development. Provides internal support by assuming responsibility for order related administrative tasks from showroom organization to customer service when needed.
- Works closely with Vice President Fabrics Business Unit, to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for each assigned account.
- Develops a plan and budget for each account and assumes responsibility for executing such plan.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories assigned. Responsible for achieving assigned annual sales budget.
- Develops close relationships with the decision makers of all assigned accounts to ensure the achievement of annual sales objectives.
- Conducts competitive market analysis and identifies new opportunities to increase sales.
- Collects all the relevant information of the market trends and needs and provides the Collection & Design Team with commercial inputs for the development of seasonal collections.
- Responsible for the scouting of new accounts.
- Travels and visits accounts monthly to present / sale “In Stock” collections and seasonal novelties.
- Organizes and participates in trunk shows sales activities.
- Attends all requested domestic and overseas textile shows.
- Effectively presents the products and services of the company to current and prospective customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and understanding of customer needs.
- Participates in a wide variety of special projects and compiles a variety of special reports.
- Responsible for market preparation, including setting up showroom, sales tools and collections.
- Maintains a good and professional relationship with all the assigned clients, to promptly answer to their needs and enhance their satisfaction.
- Interacts with Customer Service Team for a proper clients’ orders fulfillment.
- Liaises with the Credit & Collections function for the management of the customer’s credit.
