Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert technical support and training to customers on genomics and multi-omics products and applications.
- Assist customers in experimental design, data analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure successful adoption and utilization of company products.
- Conduct product demonstrations, seminars, and workshops to educate and engage with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions to drive product adoption.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product development and marketing teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in genomics and multi-omics technologies and applications.
- Travel within Japan to visit customer sites and provide on-site support and training.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Genomics, Biotechnology, or a related field; advanced degree (Master's or PhD) preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field application or technical support role within the biotechnology or life sciences industry.Strong technical expertise in genomics and multi-omics technologies, including sequencing, data analysis, and related applications.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in Japanese and English is required.Willingness to travel extensively within Japan.Apply now with your CV for this excititng opportunity!
