As Retail Manager, you will participate in accelerating Retail excellence and developing maintaining and sustainable growth of Sales, Client engagement and talent management by supervising, driving and maximizing the store team’s performance.

Deliver results
- Gather as much customer feedback as possible from stores to understand current trends and the competitive landscape,and use this information to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with the Retail Director and other departments to identify and implement areas that need to be improved and points that need to be strengthened in order to maximize sales.
- Communicate closely with Store Managers of each store to incorporate future action plans and strategies into the store.
- Build strong relationships with department store representatives to expand business.
Store management, staffing and people development
Collaborate with HR to conduct interviews and contribute to recruiting activities for store personnel.Provide feedback and coaching to store personnel on a regular basis to help them grow professionally and build their career plans.Collaborate with other RMs and HR to discuss and implement personnel reassignments, transfers, etc. as needed.Set annual goals for store personnel and conduct evaluations based on the Rise.Provide a comfortable working environment for store personnel and encourage them to maintain a high level of motivation.Share the company's overall vision and direction with stores in a timely and clear manner so that everyone can move toward the same goal.Collaborate with Retail Director and Human Resources to resolve any interpersonal issues that may arise in the store and provide guidance on performance improvement.Build store organization according to market, business conditions and company strategy.Profile
Sales practice
Together with the Retail Director / Regional Senior Manager negotiate with department store and mall person regarding store renovations, relocations, expansions, and new openings. and improvement of terms and conditions such as commission rate, etc.Constantly collect and share with the retail team information on the status of other brands in the assigned area and department stores (sales status, information on renovations and relocations, event plans, etc.) and organizational updates in the department stores.With Retail Director and Gaisho relations manager, develop the plan to gain and nurture the wealthy clients.Internal coordination and reporting
Provide weekly feedbacks on the previous week's sales for the assigned stores at Daily Business Review or Retail Mtg and discuss with the Retail team on action plans, etc.Coordinate and cooperate with PR, Merchandising, VM, Clienteling, Finance, Retail Operations and other departments to implement various events.Share best practices between stores in your area and between stores in other areas.Work with C&L team and department floor managers to resolve customer complaints, or assist Store Manager in resolving themIdentify areas for improvement in store operations and processes to improve efficiency and proactively make recommendations to relevant departments for improvement.Retail Performance management

Education :
University or “equivalent experience”Experience :
Position requires minimum of 5 years of relevant progressive retail experience including people managementExperience in luxury / fashion business a plusExperience as a store manager and then as an area manager is a plus.Competencies :
