Position Name : SAP Help Desk (Bilingual)Qualifications : 6 to 7 years of experience in the SAP HelpdeskSoft skills with Good communication (English and Japanese)Receive inquiries / problems from users by call and provide L1 support to close the topic and in case the issue is L2 in nature, support them to close them with the help of L2 support.
Collaborate, cooperate and lease with L2 support members to clarify user's inquiries / problems Create, maintain and update communication logs from users on the SOLMAN ticketing tool daily Submit regular reports for SLA and KPI results to the project manager by client standard procedure and templates Collaborate, cooperate and liaise appropriately in each project phase with business members as well as colleagues in support teams onsite and offshore to share information without omission and / or error whenever required Provide translation service from Japanese to English and vice vasa for documents that are created by SAP project teams if required Collaborate, coordinate and liaise appropriately in each project phase with onsite and offshore team members and vendors to avoid a lack of information Provide reports which are issued from the SAP ERP system to the relevant members as well as translate the report between Japanese and English if necessaryPreparation of presentations related to support desk topicsPMO activities as required by the projectCompany DescriptionThis is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
