Our Team

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) area, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in supporting SAP users, possess strong business knowledge, and demonstrate exceptional documentation and communication skills. This role requires a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to communicate effectively in English to support users internationally.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with SAP Production Planning (PP) users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Assist configuration or customization and test SAP ECC PP modules to meet business requirements.
Resolve user issues and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operation of SAP systems.
Work closely with international teams to support global SAP initiatives and ensure cohesive operations.
Participate in SAP implementation and integration projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Stay updated with the latest SAP trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting SAP users, specifically in the Production Planning (PP) area. Experience with SAP configuration or S / 4 HANA is an advantage.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to support users abroad.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What Will Put You Ahead

Configuration skills in the Production Planning (PP) area.

Experience with SAP S / 4 HANA.

Knowledge of other SAP modules and applications such as Plant Maintenance (PM), Warehouse Management (WM / EWM), Quality Management (QM) or MII.

Knowledge of Siemens OpCenter.

Communication skills in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean in addition to English.
