Responsibility

• Assist with end to end project delivery by respecting the budget, quality and lead time, with a sense of customer oriented.
• Coordination with internal and external project actors with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Produce necessary documentation for project management including but not limited to project charters, project schedule, project org chart , project methodology, meeting minutes, etc.
• Provide support in pre-sale stage for customer requirement analyzing and project schedule consolidation
• Being as part of the point of escalation contact for customer service support
• Conduct kickoff meetings, closing meetings and regular delivery status reporting and meetings with customers, capacity to manage customer satisfactions
