Responsibility
- Assist with end to end project delivery by respecting the budget, quality and lead time, with a sense of customer oriented.
- Coordination with internal and external project actors with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Produce necessary documentation for project management including but not limited to project charters, project schedule, project org chart , project methodology, meeting minutes, etc.
- Provide support in pre-sale stage for customer requirement analyzing and project schedule consolidation
- Being as part of the point of escalation contact for customer service support
- Conduct kickoff meetings, closing meetings and regular delivery status reporting and meetings with customers, capacity to manage customer satisfactions
Requirements
Bachelor / Master degree in Telecommunication, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or other related disciplines;Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecommunications / ICT domainExperience in project management and project deliveryTeam spirit, able to cooperate with other team members, work under pressure and be self-motivated
