Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and talented Vendor Manager to join our fast paced and exciting Fashion team. The position requires a person who is passionate and creative, with proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task. You will be required to work with various internal and external stakeholders, to improve the overall customer experience and drive growth for Amazon Fashion.

6. ウェブを活用したプロモーションプランの企画、立案、販売（対メーカー）

7. 社内関連部署との連携

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5年以上（営業・バイイング・マーチャンダイジング・コンサルティング等）
• email、レポート）、および口頭（会議、電話、TV会議）でのコミュニケーションを行うことができる。ビジネスレベルで英語の読み書きが出来る。
• PCスキル： エクセル（v-lookupなど関数の操作）、ワード / パワーポイントによる文書作成スキル
• 5+ years of business experience in difficult jobs (sales, buying, merchandising, consulting, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree and above
• Customer Obsession : Have a complete understanding of the customer needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to advocate for and deliver features that provide Amazon customers with an unparalleled shopping experience.
• Communication skills : Ability to communicate smoothly within the team and with related departments in addition to external negotiations.
• Execution and action : Ability to prioritize with a strong commitment to achieving goals.
• Negotiation : Ability to build trust and relationships with business partners, understand the position, situation, and needs of the other party while drawing out useful information and negotiating successfully.
• Planning skills : Ability to plan with ownership, including reviewing of processes and building sales strategies.
• Problem Solving : Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders and related departments trends to solve problems that have risks, based on the latest market and sales trends.
• English proficiency : Able to communicate regularly in writing (emails, reports) and orally (meetings, phone calls, video conferences) at a business level.
• PC skills : Excel (v-lookup, etc.), Word / PowerPoint document writing skills
