Job description

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the full sales cycle by identifying opportunities and growing client accounts
  • Promote SaaS solutions, with a focus on risk management tools for structured finance (CLO, ABS, RMBS)
  • Serve as a subject matter expert , offering consultative insights and market best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and refine go-to-market strategies
  • Conduct product demonstrations, address technical questions, and lead client training
  • Develop value propositions, manage RFP processes, and support proposal development

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience :

  • 7-10 years in financial solutions sales , ideally in structured finance, fintech, or investment products
  • Technical Knowledge :

  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and their application across business functions
  • Soft Skills :

  • Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and solution selling
  • Language Requirements

  • Japanese : Native level
  • English : Intermediate to business level
  • Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with structured finance clients or financial analytics platforms
  • Proven success in a client-facing, revenue-driving role within financial technology or services
