Job Summary

The lead product manager will work closely with product leadership to provide leadership and direction to all products in a portfolio or product group. product managers will maintain the high-level roadmap across multiple related product teams and will be expected to line manage, coach and assist senior product managers and / or product managers.

Job Description

Typical tasks and responsibilities will include :

• Forming the vision for the portfolio / product group alongside the director, and engaging teams and stakeholders in the development of that vision over time.
• Working closely with the Product Director and VP of Product to provide leadership and direction to products.
• Maintaining the high-level roadmap.
• Involvement in a range of programme management activities in support of the product owner.
• Involvement in hiring product managers and product specialists.
