About the role

We are looking for a competent Cluster Digital Marketing Coordinator between 2 properties Four Seasons Hotel Osaka and Kyoto, who assists the team in curating and managing digital content (both text and visuals including video) to entices users and adds commercial value through own channels including the official website, Four Seasons App, social media, eDMs, meta channels, paid campaign and 3rd party website (OTAs) for Four Seasons Japan. While there will be a strong focus on hotel room night conversions, restaurant and bar, spa and other products and services will also be included.

What you will do

  • Regularly audit content, images, and star ratings on OTAs and Meta Search sites and ensure website is optimized for high quality custom images, content and links.
  • Actively manages the four Hotels’ proprietary websites and Four Seasons Japan Collection websites in multi-language, ensuring alignment with each Hotels’ and regional positioning and business objectives and creative storytelling
  • Ensure up-to-date information on partner and third-party websites
  • Assist in Hotels’ and Collection’s digital strategy with a proactive and creative approach to all available digital and electronic marketing platforms including, but not limited to, the deployment of the e-newsletter and e-direct mailers, SEO / SEM, marketing databases, social media, social media ads, PPC and Google advertising campaigns.
  • Design and implement innovative programs and campaigns that increase awareness of the Hotels’ and Collection’s, its offerings and dynamic team

What you bring

  • Japanese language : Japanese nationality or fluent in speaking + business level writing and reading skills
  • English language : Business level in comprehension, writing and reading.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to stick to tight deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge of various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), third-party booking insights, and social media platforms is an advantage
  • Understands Hotel’s marketplace, well-informed of market trends and user behaviors, including evaluating the competition’s marketing communications activities and implements change as dictated by market requirements
