【業務内容】

• 日本国内のディーラーおよびサービスパートナーへの技術サポート
• フィールドでのエンドユーザー対応
• ラブル原因の調査および、スウェーデン本社各部門への技術報告
• 保守対応、保証業務、部品関連業務、その他問題解決全般
• 出張を伴う業務です。

We continue to grow and are now looking for an ambitious service technician with customer focus for our Steelwrist Japan organization. We offer a result-oriented organization where everybody is expected to take on a large amount of responsibility and develop personally and professionally. The Support and Service technician will mainly support our Dealers and Service Partners in Japan, but also help our end customers in the field. You contribute in improving the products by investigate what was causing the problem and reporting it back to various functions in Sweden headquarter.

The job will involve travel. Working hours are often flexible as we operate in a dynamic market where our customers cannot always wait until the next day or week. We are hardworking, but we also like to have fun. When you don’ t work in the field, you will be working with service, warranty, parts and other problem solving.
