About the department

You will be joining the Sales Management & Development Office (Diabetes & Obesity Sales), a team dedicated to driving excellence in sales performance. The position

As the Sales Training and Development Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and capabilities of our sales force. Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing, leading, and developing a team of 4 dedicated Sales Training professionals.
• Developing and localizing training content to meet the specific needs of our sales teams.
• Designing and delivering Medical Representative (MR) training programs to enhance performance and engagement.
• Supporting organizational design and workforce planning by analyzing and identifying current and future capability requirements.
• Ensuring the successful implementation of business strategies through workforce development and career planning.
