The division develops Board to Board connectors,FPC connectors for consumer electronics and Board to Board connectors,FPC connectors for automotive.

We are looking for a person to join our team developing Board to Board connectors for automobiles.

Our team members range from 20s to 50s, and both male and female engineers are active.

As we are currently focusing on expanding our product lineup of connectors for the automotive market, we have a wide range of opportunities for development and design engineers.

Our team members have flexible working styles and can efficiently balance family and private life by utilizing flexible working hours and telecommuting as needed.

What You Will Do

• Board to Board Connector Design and Development for Automotive market
• Launch the product based on product development process.
• Cooperation with internal stakeholders (Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Purchasing) and external suppliers.
• Deal with customer inquiries and adjustments.
• Technical support and improvement through the product life cycle.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

lBachelor’s degree or higher in mechanics or material physics engineering

l10+ years of connector product design and development experiments

l3D-CAD operation (NX a plus) and engineering drawing creation

Japanese：　Native Level

English：　Business Level(Text-based communication in English is required. Conversation level is to be able to convey key points in short sentences with a minimum of technical jargon. Fluency is not required.)
