The Opportunity
You will be responsible for overseeing all of our marketing initiatives, integrating digital and offline, in the areas of Steam Deck sales (retail sales and EC), game content, and digital manga platforms, and will build a marketing team that aims to maximize brand value and business results. Currently, each regional representative is responsible for marketing each product individually, but with an eye toward further market expansion and growth in the future, an important role of this position is to establish a system that enables team-wide collaboration and unified execution of strategies.
The Marketing Director is expected to carefully communicate with each member and share his or her experience and knowledge to support their growth and challenges, foster a sense of unity as a team, and build a strong marketing team.

Work Location : Akihabara, Tokyo, Japan
Employment Type : Full-Time
Salary : Based on experience and skills
In the case of the Japan office, the salary includes a fixed overtime allowance of 45 hours. Transportation expenses are provided for office commuting days.

Standard Working Hours : 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break)
