At Eureka Robotics, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Account Executive and Sales Manager to drive our business growth in Japan, working alongside a global team to bring cutting-edge robotics solutions to the world.

Our Company

A deep-tech startup headquartered in Singapore born from research at NTU Singapore, MIT, and the University of Tokyo. We specialize in robotic software and 3D vision systems that enable automation for complex tasks requiring  High Accuracy and High Agility (HA-HA).

Our solutions are already deployed by global industry leaders such as Toyota, Denso, and Bridgestone, especially in the fields of AI vision, machine vision, and precision handling. With growing demand for smart factories and automation in Japan, we are expanding our sales team to further accelerate growth in the domestic market.

Summary

A We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional with deep understanding of Factory Automation (FA), Machine Vision, or related industries. You will lead the entire sales cycle in Japan - from PoC proposal and execution to commercial rollout, contract closing, and revenue generation. Your mission is to deliver Eureka's cutting-edge technologies to industrial sites, propose solutions to customers, and contribute directly to our business success.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop new customers and deepen existing relationships in the Japan market
  • Propose solutions to industries such as automotive, electronics, machinery, healthcare, logistics, aerospace, and more
  • Build and support strong partnerships with customers and distributors
  • Identify customer needs, define requirements, and coordinate with technical teams to deliver solutions
  • Lead the PoC-to-commercialization process : proposal, implementation, evaluation, and contract closing
  • Conduct market and competitor research; provide insights to internal teams
  • Manage sales pipeline aligned with annual revenue targets
  • Plan and execute account strategies and sales initiatives
  • Travel within the region can be extensive with some international travel

Requirements

MUST

  • 5+ yrs of sales and business development experience in high-tech fields such as FA, machine vision, vision inspection, industrial robotics, AI, or related products.
  • Proven track record of handling full sales cycle, from PoC to business closing.
  • Strong initiative and autonomy in resource-limited startup environment.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management with high-level negotiation, interpersonal skills, and people management.
  • Bachelor's Degree from pr higher (technical background would be nice / MBA is preferred
  • Native level communication skills in Japanese and intermediate level in English.
  • NICE TO HAVE

  • Sales experience in industrial equipment or technology products at a startup.
  • B2B consultative sales experience.

  • PoC導入、PoC語の評価に基づき商用導入のスコープ定義、提案、契約締結のリード
  • FA、マシンビジョン、ビジョン検査、産業用ロボット、AI、ソフトウェア装置等、ハイテク領域での営業・事業開発経験5年以上
  • PoCの企画・実施から商談クロージングまでの一連の営業プロセス経験
  • MBA尚可
  • B2B ソリューション営業の経験
