Job Overview As an Account Manager at Lenovo, you will be responsible for managing named accounts. You will work closely with high-profile clients, leveraging Lenovo's comprehensive product and service portfolio to meet their needs and drive business growth. This role requires a consultative selling approach, C level communication experience, a deep understanding of client business processes, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. Role and Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Execution :
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.Collaborate with internal teams, including international counterparts, product management, marketing, and service delivery, to develop tailored solutions for clients.Account Management :
Monitor account performance, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and service level expectations.Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, opportunities for improvement and future collaboration plan.Build, present, and execute on Account Plan Reviews (APR)Consultative Selling :
Understand clients' business challenges and objectives, providing consultative advice and proposing effective solutions.Present Lenovo’s product and service offerings in a compelling manner, demonstrating value and ROI.Client Relationship Management :
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C level stakeholders within assigned global accounts.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Reporting and Forecasting :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and pipeline reports.Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, sales activities, and market conditions to senior management.Basic Requirements
Several years of experience in sales within the technology sector.Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and achieving sales targets.Native Japanese skill.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Additional Locations :
