Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnering Serve as the primary HR advisor to client group leadership, influencing business decisions through a people-focused lens.Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.Drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building Develop and implement initiatives that foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged work environment.Lead employee feedback and engagement programs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Organizational Development & Change Management Lead change management strategies to support business transformations.Champion organizational effectiveness, including team dynamics, leadership development, and capability building.
  • HR Projects & Leadership Oversee the planning and execution of strategic HR projects across client groups.Collaborate with HR colleagues regionally and globally to ensure alignment and execution of HR programs.
  • Coaching & Advisory Provide coaching to managers and leaders to strengthen leadership capability and people management practices.Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Collaboration & Team Support Partner with the HR Generalist, Japan, to ensure seamless delivery of HR operations.Ensure all HR processes are implemented and followed seamlesslyEnsure HR administration related to employees is completed on time and with qualityTimely and accurate delivery of monthly payrollProvide backup support as needed and contribute to overall HR team effectiveness.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role
  • Experience supporting commercial or tech-driven teams preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and Japanese and / or other Asian languages preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel regionally when required
