The position
As a Public Affairs, Therapeutic Policy Specialist / Manager, your responsibilities will include : Lead the research and strategic analysis of disease-related public policies.Establish and maintain high-level relationships with government agencies, industry associations, patient groups, and other policy-related external stakeholders. Additionally, collaborate and coordinate with related departments within the organisation to drive policy initiatives.Respond and adapt promptly to regulatory changes and provide strategic guidance.Monitor, analyse, and report on industry trends and market perceptions.Lead the planning and management of events and meetings, prepare and review policy proposals and reports, Deliver internal and external presentations on disease-related public policy. QualificationsMust possess a bachelor’s degree or higher preferably in Public Relations, Politics, Business Management, Communications, Political Science, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry required. Proven experience in negotiating with government agencies, industry associations or academia groups required.Native level Japanese is required.Must have strong business English proficiency.
