  • This is a Fixed Term Full Time position for up to 12 months (with possibility of extension).

About the team / business unit

Corporate Services supports the operational business units to fully harness their potential to deliver on Landgate’s vision “to fully harness the value of where to power a thriving Western Australia”. Procurement and Contracts plays a key role in supporting and enabling the outcomes of operational business units, working with them on their procurement and contract needs.

In this role you will :

  • Be responsible for the development of medium risk and complexity procurements for the contracting of goods and services, primarily IT related.
  • Assist the Procurement Manager with higher value, complex and risk procurement activities, including preparation of procurement plans and tender documents.
  • Work hand-in-glove with the business to provide advice around suitable procurement methods and develop robust procurement plans.
  • Facilitate effective procurement evaluations with the business to drive value for money outcomes.
  • Have strong and varied communication styles and interpersonal skills that enable you to develop constructive relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Responsible for ensuring the integrity of each procurement process in line with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure Landgate meets it obligations under the WA Procurement Rules
