Appealing Points :

  • End-to-end ownership and leadership : Take full responsibility for the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to final delivery, while leading a team of engineers and managing a pioneering project for a new department.
  • Strategic impact in a high-tech domain : Work directly with a global customer in the semiconductor manufacturing space, contributing to mission-critical equipment solutions and shaping future production line technologies.

Annual Salary : 8  Million yen and above

Job Responsibilities :

  • Primary point of contact for customer
  • Manage relationship with all stakeholders – customer, Quest Global team
  • Collaborate closely with the customer in semiconductor manufacturing equipment production line to capture requirements
  • Collaborate closely with offshore team to communicate the requirements and implement the software adhering schedule and quality
  • Complete Ownership of the development from requirement capture till final delivery
  • Handle first project from a new department
  • Managing a team of onsite engineers, assign tasks and ensure on-time delivery

    • Job Qualifications :

  • Desktop application development experience in C++, C#
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and documentation skills
  • Onsite + offshore project execution experience
  • Strong management and leadership skills

    • Desired Skills :

  • Experience in design, development and deployment of software solutions for semiconductor manufacturing equipment customers
  • Experience in both Windows and Linux

    • Language Skill :  Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business english level.
