We are looking for experienced finance professionals to join a leading company in the events industry based in Aichi, Japan, as a Finance Manager. This role offers the chance to lead financial operations and strategic planning in a global setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage accounting and budget preparations in line with head office goals.
• Oversee account closures to meet international standards and handle monthly financial tasks with external partners.
• Lead quarterly and annual financial closings, create business reports, and manage audits and tax reviews.
• Work with local government agencies for financial reporting and respond to inquiries.
• Conduct financial forecasting, manage cash flow, and handle banking transactions.
• Organize and attend monthly review meetings, manage forecasts, and perform variance analyses.
