As a GL Accountant, manage the general ledger for accurate financial reporting. Ensure accounting compliance to achieve the company's financial success. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions

Reconciling accounts and identifying discrepancies or errors

Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting

Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Developing and implementing processes to streamline accounting procedures Budget Variance

Current Ratio Experience -

Possess problem solving skills

Experience - Be able to prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.

Skill - Be proficient in Excel and other accounting software.

Skill - Be detail-oriented and able to work independently in a rapidly moving environment.

Competency - Be able to manage and reconcile general ledger accounts. Organizing - Can marshal resources (people, funding, material, support) to get things done; can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal; uses resources effectively and efficiently; arranges information and files in a useful manner.
