Description

Sales representative (field sales)

This department is responsible for overall corporate sales (field sales) in the mobile communications business.

In addition to sales of Rakuten Mobile lines, the Field Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing customer value and company revenues by utilizing corporate services related to all communications infrastructure and IT solutions owned by Rakuten Group.

In addition to developing customers in cooperation with Rakuten businesses, such as Rakuten Ichiba shops and Rakuten Travel facilities, the department formulates strategies and conducts sales activities daily for each external business category.

There are various sales channels, including direct sales, partners and lead acquisition using the Group's huge ecosystem, and you will fully demonstrate your strategy and planning skills in each sales channel to maximize the number of orders.

You will be encouraged to think outside the box and devise sales methods, build sales channels and improve operations. You are also expected to proactively propose improvements to services that you notice during sales activities.

You will be able to feel that your suggestions will lead to speedy improvements and maximize customer satisfaction.

Mandatory Qualifications :

Sales representative (field sales)

Experience in corporate sales (more than 5 years)

Experience in solution proposal-based sales (Not route sales)

Experience of setting and achieving targets on a monthly basis

Experience of managing a small to medium sized organization

EXCEL skills (able to manage figures using V lookup functions, pivot tables, etc.)

PowerPoint skills (able to prepare proposals and reporting documents for internal and external use)

Additional information on English Qualification

Obtain a TOEIC score of 800 or above by the end of the first two years of employment. (Or be able to provide proof of qualification of possessing the same level of English language skills, or proof of a university degree or higher from an English-speaking country).

If you do not have a TOEIC score before joining the company, you will be required to take the TOEIC IP test after joining the company. (Once a month, free of charge for permanent employees only)
