Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support our Japanese market operations. This role focuses on client communication, project coordination, and ensuring the smooth delivery of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day client communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track deliverables and deadlines.
- Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and proposals.
- Maintain clear documentation and support workflow improvements.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.Strong communication skills in Japanese and English to professionally interact with clients, coordinate with internal teams.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently.Basic knowledge or interest in marketing / digital marketing projects is a plus.Working Conditions
Full-time, permanent role.Remote, you’ll need your own PC or laptop with a reliable internet connection.Standard working hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM JST, with a 1-hour lunch break.Occasional attendance at onsite events may be required to support client activities and team initiatives.Why Join Us :
