Force Modernization Analyst
Key Role :
Advise and assist the client staff on Force Modernization issues and developments to support Stand-In-Force transition priorities with a large focus on the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cybers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Targeting (C5ISR-T) framework. Facilitate the synthesis of information for Force Modernization and perform operational analysis to enable the alignment of resources to mission priorities, tasks, and requirements for applicable units. Participate in operational planning and exercise execution at multiple echelons of command. Support management of Force Modernization and capability integration information and provide recommendations on product development and updates to the client. Coordinate with organizations and agencies external to the client, particularly offices involved with developing and fielding future capabilities. Take meetings outside of normal working hours due to interactions with agencies in different time zones and attend planning conferences, working groups, or other events in overseas and continental United States locations. Prepare executive-level analysis reports, papers, and briefs regarding Force Modernization and capability integration matters.
Basic Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in operational planning in the INDOPACOM Area of Operations
Experience in exercise planning, preparation, and coordination with adjacent components and commands
Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Knowledge of Marine Corps emerging operating concepts and experimentation with new and emergent capabilities
Knowledge of the initiatives and strategic direction of Marine Corps Force Design
Knowledge of Marine Corps and Joint C5ISRT and command and control requirements and existing capabilities
TS / SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications :
Knowledge of Marine Corps acquisition, development, fielding, and experimentation processes and agencies
Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
