Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 11 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Data Veeva Core SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. Experience in Clinical consulting and Research and Development is a plus. This hybrid role requires no travel and operates during day shifts. Should know veeva my insights

Responsibilities :

Lead the design and implementation of SFDC Development and Customization projects to enhance business processes.
Oversee the integration of SFDC Data and Veeva Core systems to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.
Provide technical expertise in SFDC Lightning to develop user-friendly interfaces and improve user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure SFDC solutions that meet business requirements.
Ensure the quality and performance of SFDC Configuration by conducting regular testing and optimization.
Develop and maintain documentation for SFDC processes and configurations to support knowledge sharing and training.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFDC systems to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Stay updated with the latest SFDC technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions that align with business goals.
Implement best practices in SFDC Development to ensure scalability and maintainability of solutions.
Contribute to the company's purpose by improving efficiency and effectiveness of SFDC systems impacting overall business success.
Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks and communication in both remote and in-office settings.

Qualifications :

Possess strong expertise in SFDC Development and Customization with a proven track record of successful projects.

Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Data management and integration to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

Have in-depth knowledge of Veeva Core and its application in business processes.

Exhibit advanced skills in SFDC Lightning to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces.

Show capability in SFDC Configuration to tailor solutions that meet specific business needs.

Experience in Clinical consulting and Research and Development is highly desirable.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.

Certifications Required :

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Administrator
