Description 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 This role supports Global Priority Brand Communicators in delivering impactful, timely, and compliant communications for key regulatory milestones, data announcements, and scientific congresses. - Support the development of global communication plans for regulatory milestones, including filings, approvals, and label updates.
- Coordinate with global, regional, and local teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely dissemination of accurate and compliant materials.
- Draft and refine core message frameworks, Q&As, and internal announcements to align with regulatory updates and business objectives. Data Announcements & Scientific Congresses
- Assist in the development and execution of global communication strategies for key data announcements and scientific congresses.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure aligned messaging, content development, and timely distribution of communications.
- Develop and adapt core messaging, Q&As, and internal updates to support data releases and congress activities. Issues Management
- Monitor and support the identification and management of communication risks related to priority brands.
- Draft holding statements, core message frameworks, Q&As, and response protocols to manage emerging issues effectively.
- Ensure communications align with regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a key point of contact for the Global Commercial Communications Network, ensuring seamless execution of brand communications.
- Collaborate with Corporate, R&D Communications, and Investor Relations to align brand and TA-related messaging. - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Communications, Public Relations, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare communications.
- Strong understanding of regulatory processes, clinical data communication, and industry compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed environment is highly desirable. <歓迎 / Preferred> 1. Global & Multi-Market Communications
- Proven ability to lead and execute global or multi-market brand communication strategies in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
