Shure sales goal is to achieve the annual revenue target and build awareness and relevance of Shure brand among our customers by leading compelling marketing & branding campaigns to support the market sales growth. We are looking for a passionate talent to reinforce our sales in Japan to grow our Shure brand position.
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the Sales Specialist provides sales services and support to Shure Distributors in Japan.
Key responsibilities include :
- To meet the annual revenue target.
- Manage existing Channel Partners performance and enhance the relationship.
- Collect business pipeline and manage on SFA (Salesforce).
- Based on the analysis on product portfolio and marketability, recruit new partners as necessary.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Team.
Qualifications
Works closely with Sales Manager and contribute to the execution of business plans that meet brand strategies and objectives.To be a strategic thinker paired with a goal-oriented personality and strong technical affinity.Lead, negotiate and manage assigned account partner with pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and position the brand as a key brand in the market.Measures performance using key performance indicators (KPI’s) of channel partners on adding value and customer experience with our brand.Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory & availability, pricing, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions.Collect the pipeline through Sales activity and manage those on SFA (Salesforce) tool Collaborate with Demand / Supply Team on volume of forecasting, supply allocation and action related inventory management.To increase the probability for project “win”, provide the support with Partners such as Product Demonstration, Consultation on System Design and Technical Support.Train the partner and meet the criteria for SAI Certification (Shure Audio Institute).Expand the footprint in the area of IT Channel.Attend weekly sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals, trends and competitive obstacles.Work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network with people to collect competitive market information.Maintaining client records, sales project reports and rounding updates with Salesforce.Develops a detailed knowledge of key accounts in the assigned market segment and maintains good relationship with System Integrators to ensure their fullest support for Shure products.Analysis basic sales trends and reports to the Sales Manager on a regular basis.Creates, maintains, and executes sales plans including strategy and tactics for each account.Suggests new promotional or alternative ideas to expand the sales of the Distribution Centers.Work collaboratively with Market Development and Marketing Team and identify new market segments or niches / opportunities and execute effective sales activity to boost sales.Develop and execute education programs and presentations with Customer’s Sales Management and Applications Engineering, to increase awareness and understanding of the benefits of Company product categories.Other duties as assigned.WHO WE ARE
