Luxury Fashion HR Business Partner (HRBP)

A leading company in the luxury fashion industry is looking for a skilled HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Tokyo. This important role involves working closely with senior management to influence business results and shape HR strategies. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of HR experience in the luxury fashion industry or a similar field.
  • Successful experience partnering with senior management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, international environment.
