What You Can Look Forward to as HRBP :
- Act as Head of HR for an organization of approximately employees
- Lead and coordinate key HR initiatives and organizational development projects
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies and drive organizational growth
- Manage annual HR processes, talent management, and employee engagement efforts
- Lead change management, coaching for leaders, and deliver employee and manager training
- Oversee HR reporting (monthly / quarterly) on headcount, personnel costs, etc.
- Manage labor relations and negotiations, ensure HR KPI improvements, and lead local transformation projects
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and local laws; coach junior HR members and support site leadership
Your Profile as HRBP :
10+ years of professional HR experience, including 5+ years in an HR management roleBroad experience and strong knowledge across multiple HR functionsSolid understanding of Japanese labor lawStrong organizational development and HR consulting capabilitiesExcellent communication, analytical thinking, and conceptual skillsHigh integrity, independence, adaptability, and service-oriented mindsetNative-level Japanese and fluent English communication skillsWillingness to travel domestically (10–30%)Why you should choose ZF :
