Job Purpose

The Product Development Specialist will be responsible to develop / materialize new customized product opportunities to support the future growth of Kalrez® business.

Responsibilities

Develop / materialize new customized solution for the customer

Lead development projects by working closely with the internal cross-functional team as well as external customers / partners and launch new customized products

Promote technical capabilities to the market and seek for new development opportunities

Handle inquiries related to custom solutions (i.e. technical feasibility, design, development timeline, etc)

IP filing and monitoring

Qualifications

BS or MS with Material Science / Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

High motivations with sense of urgency and leadership

Good communication skills and teamwork internally and externally

Verbal and written English communication skills

Better to have >

5 years of experiences in customer-facing technical job
