The Job

We are seeking an Assistant QC Manager to support our quality assurance operations for imported food products from Italy and Spain. This role will assist in inspections, Japanese labeling checks, food safety compliance, and coordination with internal departments and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-shipment, loading, and delivery inspection support
  • Japanese label checks (ingredients, allergens, nutrition)
  • QC record management and reporting
  • Supplier documentation follow-up (HACCP, ISO)
  • Temperature-sensitive logistics tracking
  • Coordination with purchasing, logistics, and customs

    • The Profile

    You have at least 2 years’ experience in QC, food imports, or supply chain. You understand food safety practices and Japanese labeling laws, and you’re team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
