HR Specialist

Our Team

The HR Operations Team of the Human Resources Department of Molex Global Consumer and Commercial Solutions Division (CCS) is a department that provides operational services for the entire company, such as employee attendance, company housing, employee benefits, payroll, and social insurance, mainly in cooperation with each department within the company and HRBPs within the HR Department.

What You Will Do

Payroll specialist / staff :

  • Cooperation with related departments within the company, HR business partner and the time & attendance team, supplement and develop rules such as employee payroll management guidelines.
  • Use payroll system, excel and other tools, personnel data for the payroll calculation and management.
  • Cooperation with employees and managers, analyze monthly payroll data, ensure the accuracy and immediacy of payroll data, and respond to various inquiries from employees.

Optimization and improvement of the process :

  • Optimization of operations through data analysis, optimization of payroll processes based on basic personnel information, issuance information, employee payroll requests, issues, business improvement proposals, project participation and promotion
  • Other HR operations work within the operations team, such as HR-related payment operations, insurance, certifications.
  • Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Contribution motivated mindset
  • Awareness of customer orientation services
  • Motivation and the ability to persistently identify problems, solve problems, and improve business operations, and make proposals
  • Teamwork & good communication
  • HR-related work experience (payroll, C&B, other HR work)
  • Proficient in using MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, especial Excel basic and easy simple functions)
  • Data Statistics and analysis
  • What to challenge and learn new things.
  • Japanese : Native Level

    English : Business Level

    What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience or willingness to join or promote change management of HR processes, improvement project
  • HR knowledge of local regulations and HR system.
  • Project management certificated or experience will be plus
  • Consultant experience of HR area
