- 8+ years in marketing (or 3+ years in consulting) within consumer goods, medical devices, or materials.
- 5+ years of business experience using English with overseas teams, including complex communication via Excel and presentations.
- Proven ability to independently create and manage P&L statements, annual plans, and forecasts.
- Skilled in developing long-term strategies, including financial modeling for new product categories.
- Experience in launching new products and leading cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated leadership in project management and direct team supervision.
