Responsibilities
Investigate and address customer billing inquiries through ServiceNow and manage issue resolution via phone or Zoom meetings
Conduct comprehensive account analysis and troubleshoot technical issues in the billing portal while providing solutions to customer challenges
Lead cross-functional collaboration with various departments to effectively handle customer accounts and resolve complex inquiries
Perform invoice review and processing, including manual adjustments and management of credit / debit modifications
Oversee payment posting, reconciliation procedures, and support Collections team with dispute resolution
Maintain billing system integrity by identifying and escalating technical issues to engineering team while assisting with data cleanup projects
Partner with Billing Manager to evaluate and enhance operational processes for improved efficiency and customer experience
Supporting the Collection team by overseeing customer disputes and payment processes. Manage customer invoices, including portal uploads and PSO invoice creation, and ensure accurate billing address updates and tax compliance.
