IT Business Analyst Manager - Digital Marketing Platforms

JPBU)のデータ・デジタル・テクノロジー(DD&T)でCDP、MCP、エマージング・デジタル・プラットフォームのマネージャーとして、ジェネレーティブAI(GenAI)などの最先端テクノロジーを活用して、グローバル製薬業界のリーダーとして、顧客データ管理とハイパーパーソナライズ・マーケティング戦略を再定義し、デジタルの進化を主導していただきます。コマーシャル、マーケティング、グローバルのDD&Tチームと協力することで、ダイナミックなビジネスニーズを特定し、それらをスケーラブルでコンプライアンスに準拠したソリューションに変換することで、顧客データを統合し、パーソナライズされたエンゲージメントを推進し、患者の転帰を向上させることができます。

As the Manager of CDP, MCP, and Emerging Digital Platforms at Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T) at Takeda Japan Pharma Business Unit (JPBU), you will spearhead our digital evolution by harnessing cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI (GenAI) to redefine customer data management and hyper-personalized marketing strategies for a global pharmaceutical leader. Collaborating with commercial, marketing, and Global DD&T teams, you will identify dynamic business needs and translate them into scalable, compliant solutions that unify customer data, drive personalized engagement, and elevate patient outcomes.

Your expertise in digital marketing solutions like Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) will be critical in designing, integrating, and optimizing next-generation digital ecosystems. By embedding GenAI capabilities into these platforms, you will enable predictive analytics, real-time customer insights, and automated campaign optimization, ensuring Takeda remains at the forefront of data-driven healthcare innovation.

Objectives / Purpose

Lead CDP & MCP Strategy : タケダのCDP(Salesforce CDPなど)とMCPツール(Salesforce Marketing Cloud)を設計・管理し、顧客データの統合、セグメンテーション、パーソナライズされたオムニチャネル体験の提供を行います。

AI主導の分析ツール、コンテンツ管理ツールなど)を評価、オンボーディング、統合して、タケダのマーケティングおよび顧客エンゲージメントの将来性を確保します。

GenAI統合 : ジェネレーティブAIを活用して、データ合成の自動化、予測モデリングの強化、パーソナライズされたカスタマージャーニーのための動的コンテンツの作成を行います。

IT、マーケティング、コンプライアンス、コマーシャルの各チームと提携して、プラットフォーム戦略を規制要件やビジネス目標に合わせます。

HCP(医療従事者)のエンゲージメント、ひいては患者ケアを改善する実行可能な戦略に変換します。

Lead CDP & MCP Strategy : Architect and manage Takeda’s CDP (e.g., Salesforce CDP) and MCP tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to unify customer data, enable segmentation, and deliver personalized omnichannel experiences.

Pioneer Emerging Digital Platforms : Evaluate, onboard, and integrate new digital technologies (e.g., AI-driven analytics tools, content management tools) to future-proof Takeda’s marketing and customer engagement capabilities.

GenAI Integration : Leverage generative AI to automate data synthesis, enhance predictive modeling, and create dynamic content for personalized customer journeys.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with global IT, marketing, compliance, and commercial teams to align platform strategies with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Data Governance & Compliance : Ensure robust data security, privacy, and ethical AI practices across all platforms, adhering to pharmaceutical industry standards.

Optimize Patient-Centric Solutions : Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies that improve HCP (healthcare professional) engagement and ultimately patient care.

Relevant educational background (Science or Engineering degree preferred. Masters is a plus)

SIer, ITコンサルタント、ITビジネスアナリスト、または同様の技術職としての3〜5年の経験。

IT開発プロジェクトの経験。

3-5 years of relevant experience as a system integration consultant, IT business analyst or similar technical role. Relevant industry (Life Science, Health Care) experience is a strong plus.

Experience in IT development project for a related digital marketing platform.

MCP、CDP、DXP、SFMCなど) を導入した実績と、大規模なITプロジェクト導入能力

ETL、データベース、ソフトウェアエンジニアリング、およびクラウドサービスに関する理解

Digital marketing Expertise, and proven experience in delivering relevant tools in global organizations (e.g. MCP, CDP, DXP, SFMC) and ability to lead large scale system transformation.

Ability to create common business analysis deliverables such as process flows, functional and non-functional requirements, system diagrams, etc. using common tools like MS Office.

Strong understanding of data orchestration, identity resolution, and cloud-based data ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).

Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and API integrations to connect CDPs with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and emerging platforms.

Experience and knowledge with web technologies like Content Management System, SEO, front and back-end development knowledge is a strong plus.

Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools. Experience of A / B testing a plus.

Understanding of security principles and best practices.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Ability to propose original solutions within existing constraints and leadership to follow through.

Ability to adapt to changing environments and lead a team.

Up to date with recent developments in Large Language Models / GenAI and able to propose how they will shape the digital solutions landscape.
