We are currently seeking an "Account Executive – Collaboration Architecture" to help drive customer business success by leveraging cutting-edge solutions centered around Webex. This position expects candidates to grow by supporting existing customers and exploring new business opportunities while building a track record of sales achievements.

    Responsibilities】

    Solution Proposals Based on Customer Challenges

    Leverage Cisco's collaboration portfolio, including Webex, to support customers in solving their challenges.

    Building and Deepening Customer Relationships

    Understand customer challenges and needs to propose appropriate solutions, maintaining and strengthening customer relationships.

    Conducting Presentations and Demonstrations

    Effectively communicate the value of products and services to customers, improving proposal success rates.

    Enhancing Results through Team Collaboration

    Collaborate with internal technical teams and customer success teams to strengthen value delivery to customers.

    Strengthening Sales Activities through Data Utilization

    Use customer data to optimize proposals and drive efficient sales activities.

    Exploring New Business Opportunities

    Analyze market trends to identify and expand new business opportunities.

    Qualifications】

    Required (MUST)

  • 3+ years of corporate sales experience in the IT industry
  • Ability to understand customer challenges and propose appropriate solutions
  • Basic experience in delivering presentations and demonstrations
  • Strong communication skills in Japanese (English proficiency is a plus)
  • Preferred (WANT)

  • Basic knowledge of collaboration tools or cloud solutions
  • Experience and success in new business development sales
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
