GMSジャパン サプライチェーンマネジメント（SCM）部は、グローバルに製品を展開するタケダの製造部門と販売部門の間に立ち、製品の安定供給に対するプランニング及びオペレーションを担っています。今回募集するサプサプライチェーンマネージメント アンド デジタルでは、これらSCM上のデジタルトランスフォーメションを中心とした戦略を構築し、より高度なSCMを実現するためにAIやRPA等、最新のデジタル技術を駆使し、これらの業務をより高度化するプロジェクトマネジメントを推進しています。当グループはIT企業出身者から、SCM実務経験者まで幅広い分野のバックグランドを持ったメンバーで構成されており、チーム員がそれぞれ協力し合い、お互いを高めていけるような環境です。

• AIおよびRPA等を用いたSCMのプロセス改善と自動化の推進
• SCMに関連するデータの収集、分析、およびモデリング
• IT系及び他部門との連携
• Pythonやその他プログラミング言語の知識、それらを用いたデータ分析およびモデリングの経験
• SCMの基本知識と経験
• AIおよびRPAに関する知識と実務経験
• AI / MLの実装経験
• SAP等、ERPシステムの導入や、関連プロジェクトの経験
• AWS, Azureなど）の利用経験

Working Hours : Headquarters (Osaka / Tokyo) 9 : 00-17 : 30, Production Sites (Osaka / Yamaguchi) 8 : 00-16 : 45, (Narita) 8 : 30-17 : 15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9 : 00-17 : 45

Holidays : Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
