- Good Communication skills with customers, as well as Bosch internally - Leadership - Knowledge of Bosch processes - Experience in sales / project management - Fluent Japanese and English language skills - Experience of project coordination with JOEM customers - Knowledge in two wheeler domain, biker experience (preferred) - Target oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
