IQVIA Globalとコミュニケーションを行い、不具合対応を進める

Globalの開発チームへエスカレーションし、対応完了まで顧客とコミュニケーションを行います
3か月目 : 製品知識のCatch up、運用保守、Pre-salesの基本理解
6か月目 : PMとして、回しつつ、Pre-sales / 提案活動に参画
1年目 : People Managementをし、Team Lead

Pre-sales / PMの兼任業務で拡販いただきますが、中長期的にはチームの拡大を担っていただき、チーム全体のLeaderを目指していただけるポジションです。

IT基本スキル

Excel、PowerPoint、Wordが扱えること

GMP・品質管理の関連業務知識

3年以上のシステム導入・運用経験

CSV関連経験
