Job Description

BAWフィルターの新規プロセス開発において、Wetプロセス（洗浄、フォトレジスト剥離、Wetエッチング等）の条件最適化ならびにWet工程前後のインテグレーションを担当頂きます。

• Wetプロセスの完成度を向上するための評価項目の設定や、新製品に求められる特性を実現するための新規Wet装置の選定から立上げ、量産適用に関しても、Wetプロセスエンジニアの担当業務範囲となります。
