Anuual salary : 6 million and above

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive long-term cybersecurity strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant cyber regulations and industry standards.
  • Implement governance frameworks to manage and monitor cybersecurity risks.
  • Manage and oversee cybersecurity projects from inception to completion under IT Director.
  • Assess and manage vendor risks related to cybersecurity.
  • Provide expert advice on cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation strategies with IT leadership
  • Create materials for cybersecurity governance committee
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity
  • In-depth knowledge of cyber regulations, governance, project management, vendor risk management, and   incident response.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
  • Hands on experience with cloud security (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Japanese Language : Fluent japanese level(JLPT N1) and business level english
