Anuual salary : 6 million and above

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute comprehensive long-term cybersecurity strategies.

Ensure compliance with relevant cyber regulations and industry standards.

Implement governance frameworks to manage and monitor cybersecurity risks.

Manage and oversee cybersecurity projects from inception to completion under IT Director.

Assess and manage vendor risks related to cybersecurity.

Provide expert advice on cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation strategies with IT leadership

Create materials for cybersecurity governance committee

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity

In-depth knowledge of cyber regulations, governance, project management, vendor risk management, and incident response.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.

Hands on experience with cloud security (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)

Japanese Language : Fluent japanese level(JLPT N1) and business level english
