Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience :
Minimum 3 years as an HR Business Partner, preferably in tech ormercial environments.Experience in recruitment, engagement, welfare, and HRpliance.Technical Skills :
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and payroll systems.Soft Skills :
Strong project management and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently and align HR initiatives with business goals.Excellentmunication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Language Requirements
