Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition and onboarding efforts across diverse teams, ensuring alignment with organizational culture.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and inclusive workplace programs.
  • Act as a strategicmunicator, advising leadership on workforce trends and translating insights into actionable plans.
  • Ensurepliance and consistency withinpensation systems and HR operations.
  • Champion cross-functional HR projects that support organizational agility and adaptability.
  • Analyze employee feedback and transitions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen interdepartmental collaboration and provide scalable HR solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years as an HR Business Partner, preferably in tech ormercial environments.
  • Experience in recruitment, engagement, welfare, and HRpliance.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and payroll systems.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Excellentmunication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

    • Language Requirements

  • Japanese : Native
  • English : Intermediate to Business level

    • Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented, relationship-drivenmunicator.
  • Familiarity with change management or organizational development.
