Research and development of polymers at a company that is working on organic polymers (the world’s first) developed from organic waste such as the inedible parts of vegetables and fruit.

As the sixth researcher to work in research and development at the company, you will work with the founder, an Indian researcher, and we expect you to play an active role in research and development.

Specific duties】

Research and development of organic superabsorbent polymer materials

Product design, polymerization experiments, scale-up prototyping, and manufacturing transfer for the developed products

As the company is a startup, job duties have not yet been differentiated, so you can expect to be involved in a variety of related tasks, including

Required】

1 : Graduate school master’s or doctorate degree (major in polymer chemistry or organic chemistry， undergraduate degree also considered)

However， knowledge and experience are more important than university major

2 : Experience in research and development of some kind of polymer material ＊N 優遇要件 【Requirements for welcome】＊Not required

Language : Business-level English ability

Knowledge and skills in polymer molding and physical property measurement

Experience in developing applications for molding materials (injection， film)

Experience in developing from the laboratory to the pilot scale
