Job description

A global investment management firm is hiring a Technical Business Analyst. The selected candidate will support data analysis and process automation for real estate and investment functions.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyse and visualise data to support real estate and investment teams
  • Automate workflows by enhancing Excel processes using SQL, Python, and Power Automate
  • Document business requirements and help design technical solutions
  • Provide support for SharePoint, Power BI, and other platforms
  • Prepare reports and dashboards using QuickBase, Power BI, and SQL
  • Collaborate with Japan-based stakeholders to optimise data and reporting

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or above in technical or mathematical domain (computer science, data science, finance, engineering, or a relevant domain)
  • 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a relevant role in finance, real estate, or IT
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data processing and analysis
  • Skilled in MS Excel (VBA is preferred)
  • Knowledge of ETL and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or related)
  • Fluent level English; business level Japanese 企業について
