When you join us, you will have :
You will lead the day-to-day execution of a client project while guiding and developing individual team members. You will work directly with clients, usually on site, and you will take ownership of the overall project and its end products.
You will be responsible for identifying and developing new client opportunities to advise companies on transformational change and capability building, leading confirmed project teams on day-to-day problem solving, team management, and client management, and bringing in deep functional knowledge, expertise, and proprietary tools to every client situation.
You will make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.

In a collaborative team setting, you will work closely with others but also autonomously with little direction. Your superior analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills will ensure successful client projects and team performance.
Client project work typically includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations for presentation to client management. From there, you will implement those recommendations with client team members.

McKinsey Digital consultants work on the same types of engagements as anyone else at McKinsey. On balance, however, we do more technology and digital-related projects than others at the firm. In addition, our consultants develop particular expertise on how to leverage IT / Digital to drive business success, whether in a particular industry or in a functional area.
You will work with McKinsey Digital in one of our offices in Japan.
This group brings together the best of McKinsey’s digital capabilities to help our clients use digital technology to transform their businesses. As part of this group, you will join a global team working on everything from digital strategy to digital transformation, IT modernization (e.g., ERP, cloud) and digital business building. You will typically work on projects across all industries and functions and will be fully integrated with the rest of our global firm.
You will also work with colleagues from across McKinsey & Company to help our clients deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses, both on technology and non-technology topics. Our office culture is casual, fun and social, with an emphasis on education and innovation. We have the freedom to try new ideas, experiment and are expected to be constantly learning and growing.
