As a part of a Country or Zone partner organization responsible for partner customer facing sales organization development and co-selling. Support Sales Organization Development by providing insights for strategic planning, refining sales teams' focus on target markets, and aligning organizational structures with the LAER framework. Target major accounts and planning opportunities to drive revenue growth effectively. Sales Demand Generation & Pipeline Development to support campaign strategies, market development fund utilization, and lead management to fuel pipeline growth.
Support Sales opportunity management prioritization and manage customer deals with the partner, support CRM usage, and facilitates opportunity closure throughout the sales cycle. Support Customer co-selling by engaging prospects, aligning Siemens resources, recommending solutions, and accelerating deal closure. Provide Sales training & mentoring focusing on LAER enablement, digital selling tactics, and business outcome selling training to enhance sales effectiveness.Support Partner to Partner & DI SW to Partner collaboration by identifying collaboration opportunities, supporting partners in addressing capability gaps, facilitating partner outreach, and assisting in defining rules of engagement for collaborative efforts.Work under self-management on assignments / pursuits and will determine solutions, methods and procedures. Represent Siemens at Partner conferences and events within Country and Zone. Mentor more junior Partner Sales team members within Country / Vertical boundaries within Zone, and partner resellers where appropriate.
